I just got a new ASUS U46E Ral5 laptop. The sound is like medium when it's turned up all the way. I can only hear online movies if I put my ear by the speaker & Im in a silent room. The sound on te laptop and the video im watching is turned all the way up but is there a setting i can change in control panel? i have windows 7.i dont want to get external speakers or use headphones. i dont like carrying either of those around.

Sometimes videos are not very loud...Is there a program you can use to make your speakers louder??? I know my speakers are loud enough because some videos 100 % volume is TOO loud... I have my setting as loud as they go, but some videos do not play loud enough whereas other videos are TOO loud at this setting

When i use windows media player to watch dvd's i can barely here it on it's loudess setting, but when i look at youtube and other audio it's just fine. Why won't it use regular sound settings?
