Question: What do the lights on the side of my hp laptop stand for?

I have an HP pavilion dv6 laptop and there's three lights on the side facing me. One of the lights turns on when the power is on, the other one has a thunderbolt symbol, which I'm assuming turns on when the laptop is charging, and the last one looks like 3 discs stacked on top of each other - - what does this one mean?

The last is your disk drive.

That light will light up anytime your hard drive is being accessed.
