What would make a good laptop stand!?

Question: What would make a good laptop stand!?

(Posted by: Matt on 2007-06-28 10:36:36)

When i say laptop stad i mean something that would tilt the laptop to the correct angle for the keyboard! By the way this is for my year 11 dt project so could u mention, materials, size, holds, other features (e.g. like a laptop stand with a built in external hard drive?!?!?!) Would this be of any use to you?? Thanx!

Build your own, it's easy. Mine is a piece of 1/ 4 " plywood with a piece of 1 X 2 to raise the back edge and it has space for a mouse pad, too. I did a google search for: build a laptop stand and found this example: It should be easy to modify the plan to suit your needs.

Put the laptop on your knee or put it on the table with a book under the back of it.

Would the Laptop's National Anthem make it stand. Or put a pin on the laptop's seat.. har har Seriously, though, have you heard of a table, they're really very good.

Try a binder on a table.

They sell these in the UK on Ebay for about 25 pounds. Some have a built in cooling fan. search.ebay.co.uk/ search/ search.dll?from= R40 &_trksid= m37 &satitle= laptop+ stand
