Looking for a laptop for college. Would like pretty good specs as I do photoshop and indesign. Most importantly I think is portability battery life. I definitely don't want a big 17" computer. I was thinking about the Vaio Z?

My parents have offered to buy me a gaming laptop for my birthday this year, mainly because I have yet to get a job & because I only have one year left of High School to go, but they don't want to spend too much money on one. Can someone please point me in the right direction of a superior performing machine under the price of $2000? I'm looking for a Gaming Laptop for around or less than $2000. It should have at least the following Intel Core 2 Duo E8000 Series or betterAt least 2GB RAMAny screen size above 10" below 17" Nvidia 9600GT or ATi 46XX series or better i want mostly Nvidia though I'm looking to play Call of Duty 4 multiplayer, not single player regularly, World of Warcraft regularly, Runescape regularly, Savage 2 regularly and Battlefield 2 regularly. I'm not buying online so don't give me any links to Newegg or Ebay or other stuff. As long as Call of Duty 4 and Runescape and World of Warcraft work, i'm totally fine. They should be playable at atleast 1024x768 resolution but it doesn't matter bout low high or medium settings. I want atleast more than 20FPS. Thanks I don't want a MAC. And a 9600M GT can play Call of Duty 4. I don't care what settings or what resolution it just should be able to play. The only cards I can accept that are below 9600M GT are 8700MGT and 8800M GT.Also I'm looking for under $2000 AUD, I repeat, AUD Australian Dollars . NOT USD OR OTHER CURRENCIES.
