My compaq (hp) laptop wont turn on?
the power button glows and the wifi symbol remains orange not connected to wifi , normally its supposed to turn blue but the whole computer wont just start, like i said, the power button just glows and thats it. PLEASE HELP, I'm posting this from my mac, but I need to be able to use my hp laptop.

My laptop wont turn on and when i try it comes on without screen then turns itself off then on and repeats.?
Help plz it does have full charge and the only thing I downloaded recntly was the update for flash player

It will turn on and the lights and the fans but the screen remains black and two little lights flash at the same time the light next to the caps lock and one under where its says atlec lansing please help ???

OK so I have an Asus X53E and I was listening to music and doing my homework the battery was about to die so I put in the charger and I just kept doing my homework, after 15 to 20 minutes of plugging in the charger my laptop just turned off automatically so I tried to turn it back on again it didn't work, so I message me boyfriend on my phone and he says to take off the battery and wait a minute and then put the battery back inside, so I did and I tried to turn ir back on and it didn't work so what can I do ? Please help me

I was on my laptop today and I was on a couple sites and everything was fine, but then all of a sudden my screen went black and my computer turned off the charger was plugged in, so it was charging .I have a HP G62 laptop and it wont turn on at all. No lights flickering, no fans whirling, nothing absolute dead silence. ON the upper left of the keyboard it says in small letters Altec Lansing, if that helps at all.I already tired charging it, it doesn't workI already tried turning it on with a new battery and that doesn't work eitherI already tried taking out the battery and charger, pressing the on off button for 30 60s and then putting the charger and battery back it, and nothing.What should I do? I would prefer not to go to somebody but I guess if I can't fix it on my own then I will have togo to a professional. I just don't like going to them because all they do is overcharge you for a simple button push.

My laptop wont turn on?
So i have a Compaq Presario C700 laptop. Basically it is fully charged and i press the power button and it wont turn on. I plugged the power supply in, and the power supply works because it has a blue ring around the jack when it is on. I then pressed the on button and the blue ring around the power jack turns off and i am looking at a blank screen. I'm not sure if i should send it off to be repaired or if its an easy fix? I have looked at all the youtube videos and they don't work things like taking the battery out etc. Any suggestions?

DELL laptop wont turn on?
Hello, i am using dell n series laptop.Problem with my lp is very strange. when i shut down my laptop and turn it on again after 5 to 6 hours it wont turn on unless i keep on pressing power button thousands of time, it just give a blink light on cd rom while im trying to turn it on. On the other hand when i turn it on after one or two hour it gets turn on normally. your help and suggestions will b appreciated. thank youi would like to mention that i tried all things put out battery and than plugged it in again and many other things on it nothing helped me ....this problem is from last 3 months in between problem was OK for few weeks and than it started again..i also try it using without battery still it wont work

My acer laptop wont turn on?
My acer laptop model is AS10D41, and it wont turn on. Its only 1 year old and when I press the power button the light beside that little light bulb icon flashes orange 5 times. What do i do please let me know? ? ? ? If I just leave it to recharge will it eventually power back and then I wont have to buy a new battery, just i try charging it for a bit and if it doesnt power then should i resort to buying a new battery?

My laptop wont turn on. Its a gateway M Series. I plug it to the wall carger new and the charging led turns on purple . When i hit the power button the charging led flashes and turns back on. Nothing else happens. When i try to power it without charger the low battery led flashes 3 times. When i try to turn it on without charger and with the battery it does nothing. I alredy tryed a reset and didnt worked. Any help?

How come my laptop wont turn on when trying to install updates?
Okay, I have a laptop that when you try to turn on...it just reboots itself. I mean. it goes through the beginning boot up part, but then a few seconds later it says windows is installing updates 0 of 3. It will sit at this screen for about 5 minutes and not install anything...the whole 5 minutes it's sitting there saying this nothing happens, then the laptop will just reboot. Then when the laptop reboots it does exactly the same thing. It will get past the black boot up screen and then it goes to the " installing updates 0 of 3" , sits there for five minutes and does'nt do anything then it reboots again? Over and over and over. If anyone knows how to fix this I would really appreciate it. I have abunch of pictures on the laptop that I really do not want to lose. If there was a way to get to windows and somehow get rid of the updates so the computer can just turn on maybe this could help? Any help would be appreciated. Obviously the hard drive is fine because it tries to turn on but just can't get past these updates at the beginning. Please help me

ok so i have a sony vaio and it was working fine last night but today it was dying then shut off and i figured it was because it was dead so i plugged it in and it wont turn back on. The green light on the charger is on but nothing on the computer. It turned on for about 30 seconds a few minutes ago but just shut off again. Anything i can do?? thanks.

the screen on my hp laptop wont turn on. i can hear it run and it has 2 lights blinking. the cap lock light and the light between the end and pg up buttonit used to come on after it sat shut off for a few minutes but now it wont come on at all

Laptop wont turn on after a night of drinking?
I was drinking last night with some friends, woke up, and there was puke on it. I wiped it off and managed to get it clean with some compressed air and a little bit of windex but not that much. When I hit the power button it turns on for maybe three seconds, the fan starts, and then it just shuts off. How should I fix this? I don't remember what I did to it, all there was was a little bit of throw up. Im usually good with computers, but mostly when it comes to networking. I'm not entirely sure what to do about this.Note I'm never drinking that much again.I know how to take a computer apart and everything if anyone wants to give me directions.
