In my laptop youtube videos are playing very slow, what can i do for fast playing?

Way wont the videos on the web work on my laptop?(youtube...)?
Hey every one i have been having this problem for a pretty long time now and its bothering me every now and then for a few days or even weeks videos on youtube or on any other web sites wont work, the video just stays black and nothing happens,i deleted my cookies,caches and history as i read in other answer similar to my question but still wont work,i would really appreciate your help thank you all alot.

On my laptop, youtube vids wont work?
some vids work, but only like 20 % of them work and its annoying. it says unavailabe or whatever, but it worked on old comp.any help or ideas?

alright. before you close out of this, I have an issue with this laptop that I bought home from the office. One of the employees started complaining about the laptop not working right after I payed for 6 new laptops to replace the old ones. I inherited this laptop and is in my possession and it connects to the server like a charm. I need help on why it isn't loading up like the other laptops are doing. I did talk to tech support on HP's website and they told me to get a restore kit for this laptop for like $60 or something like that and I do not want to pay for this laptop if I could try getting help from someone for my own experience on fixing this problem without getting a special repair kit for all laptops at the office.Please help. I need help from a lot of people and not people saying " not sure" or not giving information that doesn't help at all.if you watched the whole video, you see it comes on. it just blue screens a lot of times before doing what you want it to do. I want to know what is really wrong instead of just watching a few minutes of part 1 and saying that something went out. I need someone who looks at the whole video through part 1 and 2 and tell me what is going on with it.when I said I flashed the bios, you need to download the file from HP in order to flash the bios. that is what I did. nothing. I said it on the videos, I said it on here.something useful please?

Ok. I was wondering, are there any laptops that have a vocal transformer thing already in them?Ex. Some people on youtube make there voice more high pitched through a vocal transformer type thing. And to upload a video on youtube is there any laptops that would be better to get?Mind you I am only a teenager so the prices can't be wacko. But I'd like a good quality laptop. Preferably Dell or Apple.For now I don't care about price.And I didn't know you needed editing software..oops. yeah I have no idea what I am doing. So if people could tell me some good qualitty editing soft ware that would be great.
