Question: Laptop can not go online via i.e....?

In the past there was an issue w/ my laptop and I was unable to go online via I.E. When that happened I was walked thru how to download Firefox and luckily I still have it installed. I still receive my emails via Outlook Express... but nothing I've tried from anyone I've asked just short of taking it to someone like "the Geek Squad " to try fixing it has worked so far and I can't remember what I did the last time to get it working again. SO, now that I CAN access Firefox and Outlook... what do I need to do to get my I.E. working again? ***I am almost certain the last time when I was being walked thru the process to repair the connection for I.E. that I removed/ deleted the I.E. program and reinstalled it... I'M NOT POSITIVE.... either way I'm beyond frustrated and just shy of selling a kidney to resolve it! :- ) Thanks for your help, 1st person to help fix the problem obviously gets B.A.! |
