Question: Laptop problem, again....?

Ok So here it what is wrong with it http:/ / www.youtube.com/ watch?v=a03EwoyiNlU So i tried to restore back to factory but had NO luck at all. Same thing Now I do not have the original vista install disc, so could I use an install disc from my other computer? (Not same brand, but still is Vista 32Bit) If not, I heard of reformating, but i do not know what it is or how to di it. What should I do in my situation. It would be a shame to have to get a new HD, since I have no idea how to put it in a laptop. BTW it is a Compaq Presario C700 with 1GB of RAM (I know it should have more to run better, but it worked fine before) Thanks Paul |
