Question: Web camera help on laptop?

I have a toshiba laptop with Vista. I have a built in web cam at the top of my screen. I need help finding how to open it. I tryed searching all over my files and applications and devices, but no icon showed up with camera assistance or any other name like that to open it up. HELP!

If you do not find "Web camera application " or "camera assistant software " under search, then you can get them at the Toshiba website, depending on your model. csd.toshiba.com/ cgi-bin/ tais/ support/ jsp/ home.jsp?nav= Download If the software will not install, you will need to replace the camera, or send it in.
