Question: My laptop reboots randomly: error id 18 ; whea-logger?

I may be playing games or just internet browsing and randomly my laptop will bluescreen then reboot (not enough time to read the bluescreen) and i'll see in event viewer - A fatal hardware error has occurred. Reported by component: Processor Core Error Source: Machine Check Exception Error Type: Unknown Error Processor ID: 1 The details view of this entry contains further information. I really used to hate to see the blue screen on my previous computer the blue screen mostly for the hardware failure however if you believe it cause by games, then maybe your trying to play something that need a higher graphic card and more video memory than what you have installed on your computer other than that-- > "you may need to REFRISH or UPDATE your Bios " and see if it's work contact the HP Tech support and they will be able to help you with that issue Good luck
