Choosing A Laptop Homepage

Question: Laptop needed! what do you think?

I need a new laptop.. i dont have much money, and i want to be able to mess with lots of pictures, maybe play games. and play music. i am considering a imac. what do you all think? is there anything that will work just as well, only cheaper? I mean a macbook.

You don't have much money and you're considering a MAC?! They start at $1000 for a 13 " screen!!! Jeez. The Mac won't because there are almost no games for it. The fact it costs an extra $600 doesn't help either. I dunno, I've never heard of Pro-Star and despite what Toby says, it doesn't say how much RAM it comes with. It's probably overkill anyway. It's another $181. That thing looks like it's made for serious laptop gaming and I'm sure you don't do that.

First of all, iMac is not a laptop. If you want a cheaper (Mac) desktop, then the Mac Mini might be for you. It can do all that stuff. If you want a good laptop cheaper than a $999 Macbook, then pro-star.com/ index.cfm?mainpage= productdetail &model= KHLB2 comes with an OK CPU, excellent graphics adapter, and excellent RAM memory for under $600.

The dell inspiron 15 or the HP dv6t both can be bought with a dedicated video card you will need for gaming, around $700. Apple units are expensive and not good at games, an inappropriate choice for you.
