Choosing A Laptop Homepage

Question: To get wireless network connection i have to restart my laptop, why?

Everyday i dont know why. the wireless network times out, the when i go to "connect to a network " it doesnt have any network so then i restart my laptop, then when i go to the "connect to a network " box it has like 3 wirles networks . idk evrytime it does that. please help do i have to install a driver? or is it mozilla firefox? i need help with this... thank u all

Bad wireless card probably or else you have to reconfigure your wireless settings.

Try this first. you should be able to refresh your list of network connections instead of powering off. I don't know what OS you are running but on windows 7 in the task bar there is a signal meter and if you click that it brings up your connection options. In the top right corner there are two arrow that kind of form a circle, click that to refresh. Also, to the question about 3 networks being listed, it has o do with how many ppl in the area have wireless internet. Each one within range of your computer will show up on that list.
