Hi Mehdi, This is a though question to answer without knowing how will you be using the machine. Let's assume that you just want a laptop for regular day to day work and play. My choice is the HP DV6-2130ee. It has Windows 7, an intel Core i3, maybe a little big, but it is more future proof than the other 2. My second choice will be the Asus. these are solid, reliable machines with beautiful designs. CNET gave it great reviews - check it here: cnet.com.au/ asus-u80v_specs-339297553.htm I don't like about the Asus that has Vista and a Core 2 Duo. thus, is last year's technology.
