Question: Whats with my laptop?

Ok heres the deal i have a Gateway M series laptop and one day while skying my friend it just ran out of battery. the computer wont take any charge and i dont know whats wrong with it do you think its the laptop battery or the charger?

If it won't charge at all or power on then chances are that its *not* the battery. Laptops will generally power on if your charger is connected, regardless of if there is a battery present or not. Sounds like a hardware problem, find a computer store in your area that offers free or discounted diagnostics to find the problem.
