What's the difference between these laptops?

Question: What's the difference between these laptops?

(Posted by: Maggie C on 2010-09-03 19:42:44)

I'm look to buy a new laptop, and l was wondering which one of these would be better for me. I mostly want it to surf the web, but l would also play a few games (Sims 2, expansion packs, etc.). Which one of these would be better for me? http:/ / www.bestbuy.com/ site/ Toshiba+- +Satellite+Laptop+/ +Intel %26 %23174 %3B+Pentium %26 %23174 %3B+Processor+/ +15.6 %22+Display+/ +4GB+Memory+/ +320GB+Hard+Drive+- +Black/ 1084741.p?id=1218217783969 &skuId=1084741 http:/ / www.bestbuy.com/ site/ Toshiba+- +Satellite+Laptop+/ +AMD+Turion %26 %23153 %3B+II+Processor+/ +14 %22+Display+/ +4GB+Memory+/ +320GB+Hard+Drive+- +Helios+Gray/ 9995257.p?id=1218206200206 &skuId=9995257

Simple, As long as money is not an important issue, the one for 529 is defiantly giving you more for your dollar. The main difference is the processor. The one for 529 would be excellent for the Sims 2. I would suggest it especially since i own one myself.

They have slightly different processors (how they run), and the first one has a 15.6 inch screen and the second one has a 14 inch screen.

The first one has a slightly faster processor but the second one has a much better graphics card. So for your game go with the second.

Option B would be better because it will be able to hold space for all sims 2 expansions.

The first one is better than the second one for you since you will be using minimal space and it's less $$$. But basically it comes down to would you rather have a bigger screen or longer battery life.
