Question: How do i get internet on a laptop that i system recovered everything how do i get my wifi back?

I don't see any wireless adapters in my hardware and my wifi light isnt lit up anymore it is a dell laptop and i use a dell system recovery

You need your disc to re install your wifi driver or find out what your wifi card is and download the driver from that website. Of course, if you did this, you would have to copy it from another computer that you used to download it, and then run the downloaded file. Go to the web site of your computer, find the make and model of it, and see what wifi card they used. For instance, if it is a Dell, go to Dell and check for your model number. They usually list all internals including wifi card.

Brand of lap top, model number, operating system ? Did you use the built in system recovery partition or a set of recovery disc you created or a set of system recovery disc that came with the lap top ? Need to know this to help answer your question. Go back to hardware click devise tab scroll list to find the wireless devise right click the wireless devise, click enable / update driver, apply and save.
