Best laptop under 500 for a photographer?
I only have a desktop. I have to go out of my state for 3 weeks of job training by myself so I'm going to have a lot of free time on my hands. I would really like to purchase a laptop to help pass the time. I had planned on getting one soon, but wanted more money to spend on it first. I can't afford more then 500 right now. I'm working on my photography portfolio, as I want to be a professional someday. So I'm looking for something that will hold a lot of large files and big programs like photoshop, light room, ect. and will be good for editing on. I was told by a friend of mine that is a tech guru that toshiba or hp would be the best brands. Suggestions?

Hey, I've been looking for an " O.k." laptop that will be able to run said games TESV Skyrim, Saints row 3, Gta 4, CoD Mw3 Black ops, Valve games, Tf2, Portal 1 2, CSS, l4d1 2, garry's mod. It needs to be under $500. would hope to be able to play skyrim on atleast high, same with gta 4, CoD and the valve games also on high, SR3 is a little more intense, so low med I'd be happpy with.
