Could be several things. Are you seeing any words at all on the screen, like the lenovo logo when you turn it on? if so, that it is either windows related (meaning not starting right) or a hard drive problem. If thats the case, then use a restore disk that came with the computer or take it to a local computer shop (not best buy) and have them help you do it, they will have disks if you dont. If you dont see anything at all on the screen, just hear some stuff, your screens backlight your your whole screen might have gone out, or you have bad ram. Either way it should be covered under warantee. If its the ram, you SHOULD hear a few loud beeps when you first turn it on and then nothing. if its the scree, you wont hear anything as it will boot fine, just not show anything. |
