Question: Which is the best and cheap netbook (mini laptop) to buy and from where?

I want to buy a window based Netbook PC of minimum 1GB Ram and 160 GB hard disk in 15000 to 20000 range with latest facilities like WiFi, bluetooth, inbuilt card reader etc.

You cant get such configuration (in mini laptop) in such low cost.

Required configuration is too higher for the budget, however a lower configuration laptop can be purchased from any IT vendors, suggested brand are Wipro, HCL, Toshiba etc. Also many local providers are selling unbranded laptops with required configuration, you can get the same at very nice bargain.

Acer or HP Mini would be good. Samsung Mini is the cheapest ones. Try sysgoods.com Acer comes with Linux OS models which are cheaper than the windows model. If you have Windows OS available already, you can then go for Linux models and reinstall windows yourself. I would recommend to go for Windows models that comes with the laptop.
