Question: Best mini laptop for a secondary 4 student!?

I'd like to know which is the best mini laptop (the best for your buck, more precisely) i'm going in sec 4 next year so which one should i get, it isn't only for homework and word, i'd also use it to browse the internet check my facebook/ e- mails and go on MSN
