Question: Help on mini-laptop!?

Okay, I have this mini- laptop (HP) and it does not have a disk opener to put CD's movies, etc. in. However, I have heard that there are electronic equipment that I can buy that will hook up to my mini and let me put my disks or whatever in that object and it will run on my mini or something like that. Can anyone tell me where I can get something to do that, how much it is, and what it actually is? Thank you so much.

I think your looking for a CD/ DVD drive. You can buy external cd/ dvd drives in many places. newegg.com/ Store/ SubCategory.aspx?SubCategory= 420 &name= External-CD-DVD-Drives that's a link to the external drives offered at newegg.com you can find some good deals on them there. Most just connect to a usb port and you can watch dvd's and play music cd's and what-not. You can also get them at any electronics store, like best buy and walmart. Just go in and ask for an external dvd drive. If you want to play blue ray cds on your mini(much more expensive) be sure to ask for a blue ray drive. If you want to be able to write to the cd's and dvd's then be sure to get a burner.
