MSI laptop warranty failing hard drive?
Just using it like any other day and poof, blue screen. Upon reboot I find out one of the hard drives has an error. It supposedly has a 24 month warranty and its only been 4 months since purchase. My question is where do I go? I'm calling MSI tomorrow but I bought the laptop from newegg.com. Does that matter? Do you think they'll take it and fix it?
