My laptop wont turn on, how do i fix it?
I was using my laptop and i put it to sleep closing the lid. when i opened it, the blue little lights went on but the screen remained black. I touched the pad thing so it would turn on but nothing happened. The lights were still on but the screen was black like it was off. So I pushed the power button until it turn off and waited a little to turn it back on. The firt time I did it the blue lights went on but turn off really quicky. I repeated it three more times and it did the same thing. The fourth time the lights went on and I could hear the fan, it looked like it was turning on regularly but then it turned off then on again just lights this time and turned off quickly. I tried removing the battery for a few minutes and putting it back but it still does the same thing. How do I fix the problem? Its a hp pavillion dv6000.

I'm capable of taking it completely apart and getting to the motherboard. I just dont know what to look for when i get there.
