Replacement Laptop Screen Film?
By sticky ones do you mean the ones that are sticky on the edges or ones that stick directly to the screen? Because I have only ever seen ones that stick to the outer edges. I have googled that and it brought up nothing, and nothing for that size, I am in the U.K. and it is a HP notebook, DV7Does anyone know where to get replacement laptop screen film? The plastic protection that you find on the screen after you open your new laptop?I'm trying to find one that will fit my 17.3" HP laptop. Width of the screen is 385mm and height is 220mm, just can't seem to find a manufacturer or that size?

Buying a replacement laptop screen?
I'm preparing to buy a replacement screen for my Acer laptop, model Aspire 5050 3371. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as a good place to purchase my screen, hopefully from personal experience. I don't want to get ripped off by an online retailer, and I would like a decent price as well, but reliability is most important. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them, thanks

Finding a replacement laptop screen, exact resolution?
Someone dropped my laptop, now the screens jacked up and needs to be replaced. I am looking a replacement and I have found I can use something compatible if the size and resolution are the same. I have Dell Insperion E1505 Laptop and I don't know how to find what the existing broken laptops resolution is. l have a hp pavilion dv7 laptop that is 17inches, l unfortunately dropped it so now there is a crack at the bottom of the screen, the black ink is becoming bigger, and my mom made a lot of movement which cause the laptop to move and l know l have to be very careful with it. lm scared it just going to become bigger and want to get a replacement as fast l can., do you know where to go for someone to replace and install a new screen? would it be the exact same quality screen? do you know how much is the cost? thanks

Where can I find a replacement laptop screen for my laptop? and how much will it cost to replace it?
I took apart my screen to figure out what kind a screen it needed. I got that it is a LG Phillips 150X08 screen. It also said TL A4 on the printed label, but it also said TLA1 some where else on the screen. So my first question is, is the A1 or A4 important? will that make a difference? My next question is where are some good places to search for a replacement screen, besides ebay?And finally, how much do you think a repair shop would charge to put the new screen in? I looked online how to do it myself, but it looked a lot different for my laptop than the ones that I've seen online.I know that it is the LCD pannel because I have done a lot of research, and everyone says the solution to my problem is to replace the screen. Also my computer is a Toshiba Satellite L25 1194
