That would be fine, as the laptop will only pull as much current (Amps) as it needs, As long as the Voltage is the same, and the Amps are the same or more than the original PSU all will be good, if not better.

The Amp rating is what it is able to supply, the volts is what it supplies. You should theoretically be OK with that one, but personally I would try to buy one that's an exact match in volts and amps.

That one would most likely be ok, but as stated above, I would get one with an exact match even if I had to pay more for it. A power cord won't cost as much as a new computer if you get the wrong one and it does cause damage. If you live near any computer stores take the old one in and talk to them and they should be able to come up with one that has the correct cord. Otherwise I would contact Sony. Ron

Uk_staff is dead right. The equipment will draw the current that it requires. The higher amps. rating gives a slight safety margin. What you don't want is a smaller rating as this would overwork the output transformer and it would overheat with fatal results.
