Question: How do i fix a virus on my sony laptop?

My laptop has a virus and now i cant really log into my computer. i turn it on it starts normally then a fake PC clean up thing is showing and then i cant use my computer, i use the alt+ctrl+delete thing and use the new task button to get onto the internet... i have norton but they charge 100 to fix it, is there any other way to fix it without paying that much? plz plz help me

Download Malwarebytes and avira antivirus and run them. avira.com malwarebytes.org/

Download & install new anti-virus try log onto safe mode to make changes if you can't do in a normal mode it is kinda tricky if you don't know much about it. get someone who know how to fix it would be better
