Toshiba laptop warranty: can i get a replacement adapter/charger again?
i only have 1 yr warranty for my laptop and only have like 2 months left before it expires so i want to make the most of it. my original adapter got burned so i called them and gave me a free one without returning the burned adapter to them, i just described what happen..so now can i like lie that it got burned again so i could get another one? you know as an extra just in case...
Toshiba laptop warranty question?
I bought a toshiba laptop a month or two ago. it's a portege r835. It has an intel i5. The intel i5 is capable of changing it's clock on it's own. If I have the laptop set to default settings it will overheat beyond 90C if I run a high power program. 80 something is the max recommended temp. This has been happening since I bought it. I want a computer that will last me a while. Can I force them to take the laptop back? I need something that will not die on me because I use it. It is still in the warranty.Also, I already sent it to the repair center for repairs, it came back 3 weeks later with absolutely no changes whatsoever. So I do not want them to try an " repair" it again.

Toshiba Laptop Warranty?
I was using my laptop, and I got a message saying " Warning A Problem with the cooling system has been detected, please turn off your computer immediately and return it for service" I googled this message, and it said that either the inside of my laptop is too dusty, or the fan might be too loose.I went to open it to see if my fan was loose, and my mom said it might void the warrenty, so... If I open the back of my Toshiba laptop to see if the fan is on properly, will it void my warranty?
Will upgrading Windows void my Toshiba laptop warranty?
I have a Vista basic computer Satellite L305 S5944 and I want to upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium by fresh install. Will upgrading my OS void a 2 year warranty? I want to upgrade now but my left shift key is broken and it's coming in for a repair next week. My lappy had repairs before and I know they booted the system because it was on sleep when I got back. Will my warranty be voided if they see that I upgraded to 7?

my lap top screen cracked. I dont have warranty but want to purchase now. If i buy it now then call a month later to say my screen cracked will that work? Anyone have experience in this>
Toshiba Laptop warranty issues..Lemon law?
I know an actual Lemon law for computers doesnt exist, but here is my problem I have a 2 year full coverage warranty on my laptop. The ONLY issue I had at first was a graphics card driver was failing and the screen would go black then come back up and tell me the driver failed. So I sent it in for that. When I got it back, the LCD screen had TONS of pixels that were black. They said they replaced the VGA card, but I still had the issue with the graphics card driver expect now the error it said was a Windows Kernel or something. And now the Windows Performance Index went from 6.9 down to 4.9. So I had to send it in again. They had to replace the LCD, but did nothing regarding the Graphics issue. And now im getting BIOS error beeps and the screen only comes on sometimes..Okay, here is my question, regarding the warranty. The warranty was done through a company associated with toshiba. When I was talking to a case manager with Toshiba she said since they are not able to fix it I should call my warranty provider and see if I am eligible for a product replacement..So I call them and they say Toshiba has never submitted any claim for repair so they are not willing to do anything for me. My warranty runs out on november 13 and toshbia has had my laptop 2 different times for over a month and im about to send it back in again. If they end up never fixing it and my warranty runs out, am I screwed?
