I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop. I brought it to my cousins house and it worked fine, after that I came back home to turn on my laptop and to find that it has totally went down the drain, My laptop went from working smooth, fine, efficient and fast to just plain slow and unresponsive all so suddenly.My laptop all of a sudden became VERY unresponsive, every time I open something, a page, a document, it'd frequently be " non responding" and it'd load slow as well.I've scanned for viruses with 2 softwares, and there's no viruses for sure.I even did a registry clean up.Does anyone know how to fix this problem?Symptoms starts up slower than usual all of a sudden opening documents takes time Windows are Non responsive.Notes no frozen screens or mouse Internet is fast no viruses cleaned out registry the fan needs some cleaning but can't clean it because I risk of breaking my laptop called company about this My internet connection is PERFECTLY fine. I use my own, i've NEVER in my life, had troubles with my internet.

Ok so I have a toshiba laptop and it has a built in webcam in it and whenever I go on to chat with friends the color or resolution of the camera really sucks Like I don't know how to fix it When my friends go on there built in webcam it comes up so clear and they dont even need to open the lights but when I use mine I have to open like 3 lights just so it can come up bright and I know thats not normal so what do I do to fix it

my friend gave me his Toshiba Satellite A105 because it got tons of viruses and he didn't feel like messing with it. i reformatted it with windows vista and realized that the soundcard drivers were deleted. i got some advice on where to find drivers and downloaded them straight from the toshiba website for windows vista. i downloaded and restarted and STILL can't hear sound. Point if you can get me my sound back please.The laptop is currently trying to use Realtek HD audio. there are no others available. i run the test and no sound comes out. i even tried playing a video on youtube.

I bought a used Toshiba laptop it has windows Vista on it but I would like to just start from scratch and remove everything on it.I had a HP compaq presario and I have a windows vista system recovery dvd I bought from HP when I had to install a new hard drive in my HP.Will this system recovery dvd work for this toshiba to? Help connecting toshiba laptop to wireless internet in Japan?
I have recently moved to Japan and I have been trying for about 2 weeks now to connect my laptop to the wirless interent here at my host family's house.
