Any good gaming 11.6" or 12.1" ultraportable laptop?
Hi,I was wondering whether there are any small laptop with 11.6" or 12.1" screen size that is capable of moderate high gaming. Due to small budget, I can't go for Alienware or Sager units. The Alienware M11x has been discontinued anyway.I prefer to have dedicated graphics. No integrated intel graphics or AMD fusion discrete graphics please.Please suggest any models if you know of any. Thanks.
Want ultraportable laptop as cheap as possible.?
I'm looking for an ultraportable laptop, below 12" , widescreen, along the lines of the Vaio TX series for example and I'm looking at that the most. I know of course these laptops come at a price premium and am wondering where would be the best places to get one as cheap as possible? Maybe like wholesale, liquidation, I dunno. Wouldn't mind buying an older model by the way. I'd like to pay only by credit card or credit card by Paypal for protection. I live in Houston, TX by the way so if you have one for sale, you can also email me, thanks I'm really looking for a laptop with a 10.6" but REALLY PERFERABLY 11.1" screen, like the Asus S6F, Vaio TX, etc. Not looking at the really small and outdated Vaio Picturebooks for instance, just the recent Vaio TX series, Asus S6F, etc. I have plenty of money to buy one easily from the store but if I can score one for cheaper, that would be great.
What sub £600 sub 15" ultraportable laptop would you reccomend for university
2GB RAM, Core Duo and preferable dedicated graphics 8400M GS etc. So far I've been looking at the Samsung Q45 and Q70 series. Anything else people could recommend? Will mainly be used for programming and possibly light gaming in an applied computing course. Thanks.

Anyone know an ultraportable laptop that allows a refresh rate of more than 60Hz (pref 75?)?
I'm trying to buy an ultra portable laptop of 12" screen or less, with a battery life of 5 6 hours or more. The problem is that I get migraines on refresh rates of 60Hz or less, and had to send my Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook P7120 back to the shop because it was set as the only option. Are there other options that allow a change to 75Hz? The best thing I've found for battery life and portability is an old Psion Series 7, but unfortunately I need to be able to synchronise Word files with my desktop using the Windows " briefcase" option, so no good for everyday use... Any ideas?

Hey guys,I'm looking for a decent laptop to take on my trip around the US in December. My ideal laptop would be a Macbook air, although the price is ridiculous. Ideally, I'm looking for something light, maybe max 14" screen, with a processor and at least 2 4GB of ram. One suggestion so far was the HP dm1. My ideal price range is around $500.
Advice on buying an ultraportable laptop?
My company is offering me a choice between HP 2510p or Hp 6910p with a good discount. I am tempted to choose HP 2510 because of the advantage with its weight. I am just worrried that the specifications offered will be outdated too soon and leave me stuck with a terribly slow unit.I plan to use it for word processing and powerpoint presentations, reading and storing E books.
