Bought used laptop, partitioned, drive c only shows 20gb?
drive d shows 300gb. cant download anything because is says no room. Is there a way to unpartition a drive for windows 7 or to change the default drive? Please am a total dumba so simple instructions please its an asus.
Decent used laptop for animation/graphics under 500?
I need a used laptop planning to buy it on ebay I can use to animate in 2d and some scarce 3d, and also for heavy photoshop painter 12 use.I'm an artist and I'm planning to get into an animation master program so I need to widen my digital portfolio, and my current rag really old is just not working. I'm really short on money right now, so that $500 amount represents quite an effort, and I wanted to ask you guys what type of laptop I should look for. Mac or Pc? I've heard i7 is the best processor right now but it's way too expensive. Still i5 seems to be decent. What else should I look for?

l broke my last one which i loved but the screen holder broke off and when i turn it on it stays black and there is a little crack on the screen, and i think it would be expensive to fix so i might as well get a new one, so l found a similar laptop to mine, my mom told me the maximum is 400 or 430, l found a hp laptop used for $370 dollars, the seller describes its in perfect condition but has a lot of scratches does that mean on the screen? this seller is also a new seller who just launched his account, im buying from amazon, l think its a pretty good deal but l never had severe scratches on my laptop so l dont know, should l go for it anyways? when l have steady job i'll just get a better one, l just want something to last me a few years. thanks
I need to buy a used laptop computer?
I would like to go on amazon and find a decent used laptop for no more than 300 bucks. However, I don't have much knowledge on which ones are good and which ones to avoid. I will mainly be using this laptop for work purposes and I need it to be portable. I also need it to be compatible with a military cac card reader as I plan to use it for those purposes. Some of the laptops I already looked at were Toshiba and IBM. I read that I should avoid HP, Dell and Sony. I currently have a Macbook but it is not compatible with the hardware software I use for work.

If I do a system restore to the very first restore point created when I first installed all drives will this delete all files, banking history and all that?
