So, I would like to get a laptop either buy it or ask for it for Christmas , but I don't know what the best one is... I'm a freshmen this year, but I probably wouldn't get it until my Sophomore year. I would be using for 1. Writing Stories mostly. Writing is my passion, so I'd like to have something with a nice keyboard and such2. Editing photos. And storing them. Obviously. I take loots of pictures.3. Editing videos. I have a YouTube channel, so I make a video every week.4. Surfing the internet. I'd love one with WiFi. 5. Watching movies and such. We go on lots of long car rides, and I'd like to have something to watch movies on.Those are the main 5 things I'd use my computer for. And school work, but I think that goes in with surfing the web, and writing... So, I'd like to find something that's good for me. and NOT too much money And, you know, anything that comes in purple is good... Haha Juuust kidding. What is the best laptop BESIDES mac for college?
I'm looking for a laptop for college. I know a lot of people automatically say mac's are the best.. but i really don't want one. It's not so much the cost its just that i want a computer i'm more familiar with.I want a computer that's like 15.6" .. i think that's really the best size for me. And i like them to be thin if possible..but still have a DVD drive. Tell me if you know of any. Thanks
What is the best laptop brad for gaming?
I need a new laptop as mine is a little old and damaged but want one that works good with gaming graphics, is fast and doesn't lag. I've seen the xps and Alienware be promoted a lot for that but I don't really like dell, I've had bad experiences with them previously but I've also heard that the asus is good for it. What do you think is the best and do you disagree with my opinion on the xps and Alienware?

Hi there, I have browsed around and read a lot of reviews of a lot of products but im simply just asking for any advance from people who really know what they're talking about. What is the best laptop brand?
I am in college and my lectures are ALL online. I am looking to buy a new laptop. I have had Dell for 4 years and I have not been very happy with them. I have had a lot of problems with them and a lot of people I talk to have also had issues with Dell. Does anyone have experience with other laptops that they recommend? Anyone who works on computers that can tell me the most common brand of computers they see with problems? Thanks
