Why wont my DELL XPS laptop battery charge?
I have an XPS Dell laptop and it has stopped charging my battery. The laptop still works when it is connect to the AC adaptor but it says " plugged in, not charging" ?My laptop was only purchased in April this year so Im hoping I can fix it somehow without replacing the battery I've rung and emailed DELL for the past week, but they are yet to respond HELP
How long is the usable life of a Dell XPS laptop battery? ?

Dell XPS Laptop, battery light flashing amber/green?
I have a XPS laptop 14 months old and the battery light has started flahing amber green when the battery is in. However when the battery is out and it is only using the ac plug it is fine, there are no lights at all. I am over the year mark and therefore have no warrenty left with dell. Is it the battery or the system? What is the bests way to reslove this problem?
